TUT A MAN – Vino di uve stramature
Tasting notes
This wine was made from Nebbiolo grapes harvested late at the end of October 2011 and left to dry naturally until being softly pressed in December of the same year.
Its Piedmontese dialect name means “ALL BY HAND”, as all the operations were actually performed manually (from the picking to the gentle pressing, bottling and labeling).
The color is a soft, bright rosé showing golden highlights and orange nuances.
Standing out on the nose are ripe plums, cherries in alcohol and tobacco.
On the mouth it is full-bodied and supple, with crispiness and a tannic kick making it intriguing and highly appealing.
Excellent with mature cheeses, it can also be served at the end of a meal, as a digestive or with bitter chocolate for a sweet moment of relaxation.
