Barolo DOCG
Tasting notes
This wine has excellent structure and lends itself well to a long cellar life. So in this outstanding vintage, we decided to produce a Reserve: ruby red with orange hues, it has an intense nose showing spices with a clear note of liquorice, and a full, mouth-filling taste which is dry with great body and balance.
Perfect with rich dishes of game and read meats, it should be decanted several hours before serving to allow it to breathe and offer up all its fragrance.
