In 2016 – an outstanding vintage – we decided to make a Reserve once more.
Garnet red with an intense bouquet, wood and notes of vanilla and spices clearly show through on the nose, owing to ageing in large oak casks for 28 months.
Bold and very appealing on the palate, the tannins are assertive, yet very well-balanced.
To enjoy it at its very best, we recommend decanting the wine to let it breathe and bring out all its fragrance, matching it with red meat or game mains.
