In this truly outstanding vintage, we decided to produce a Reserve selected from the oldest vineyards and aged for 3 years in big casks made from French oak.
Bright garnet red with orange highlights, it has an expansive, complex bouquet showing spicy and balsamic notes that merge with fruity and liquorice overtones.
On the mouth it is full-bodied, with robust tannins giving it softness and balance.
This will be a wine with a very long cellar life; pairing is recommended with red meat and game dishes, decanting the wine several hours before serving so it can offer up all its fragrance.
